Elizabeth Karl

As Vice President of Asset Management, Ms. Karl is responsible for portfolio strategies and execution of asset-level performance. She works closely with investment and development partners on execution of business plans for ELV’s growing portfolio of multifamily, student housing and office properties, located throughout the east coast. 

Prior to joining ELV, Ms. Karl was Vice President of Northeast Operations for Alliance Residential Company and held Asset Management roles with DC-based owners. Ms. Karl holds an M.B.A. in Real Estate and Urban Development from The George Washington University and a B.A. from Bucknell University.
