National Housing Supply Summit

Join us March 19th, 2025 at the National Center for Housing for our National Housing Supply Summit!

The demand for housing in the U.S is increasing, but supply has remained stagnant for over a decade. While lawmakers on both sides are preoccupied with rhetoric, CRES is focused on solutions. The National Housing Supply Summit is an exchange between industry and policy leaders, focused on how we build more housing in the U.S. The event will have a specific emphasis on actions the federal government can take to remove barriers and create incentives. 

CRES Chair Stephen O'Connor, Ph.D will provide opening remarks for the event.

This event is a collaboration between CRES, the Housing Innovation Alliance, and HousingTech. CRES is committed to boldly pushing the frontier of housing policy, and leading the national conversation on housing.
