Jeffrey Stoddard

Jeffrey Stoddard is a Professor of Finance and a board member at the Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis at The George Washington University. He brings over 20 years of experience in investment banking, finance, and strategic management consulting, with a focus on structuring debt and equity investments. His work leverages domestic and international capital sources, including development finance institutions, multilateral development banks, export credit agencies, impact investors, and others—primarily in project and corporate finance structures for power generation, real estate development, and various impact-driven initiatives.

Jeffrey has extensive international and domestic experience across both corporate and academic environments. He holds an MBA from Georgetown University and postgraduate certificates from NYU and Harvard.
