Evan Pariser

Evan Pariser (MBA '82) is a Senior Managing Director in the New York office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. He was the founding member of HFF’s New York office, which opened in 1994. Evan’s focus involves debt and equity placement transactions including construction, equity joint ventures and structured finance. Throughout his career, he’s raised more than $20 billion of real estate capital on behalf of institutional and entrepreneurial clients.
