Deepak Jain

Deepak Jain has served as an adjunct professor of finance at GW since 2017. He currently works at Freddie Mac as Third-Party and Counterparty Risk Director. Prior to joining Freddie Mac, he also served as an Inspections Leader with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), where he led global inspections. 

Jain has led the development and implementation of third-party/counterparty risk programs across the third-party management lifecycle (risk assessment, due diligence, risk ratings, exposure operational reviews, contract reviews, and ongoing monitoring). He also assists in the execution and oversight of regulatory change management, risk assessments, audit, and compliance initiatives.
